EMPLOYMENT: Several vacancies at PLAAS
The Programme for Land and Agrarian Studies (PLAAS) of the University of Western Cape, South Africa, has a reputation for excellence in research, policy development and post-graduate teaching on land and agrarian reform, rural governance and natural resource management. Staff members currently comprise 15 researchers and 7 support staff. PLAAS is currently expanding its research programme and a number of exciting new projects are being launched.
- Associate Professor/Deputy Director (Senior Researcher/Assistant Director) (Three-year Contract Post)
- Senior Researcher: Agricultural Economist (Three-year Contract Post)
- Senior Researcher: Policy Dialogue (Five-year Contract Post)
- Senior Officer: Information (Five-year Contract Post)
