JOB VACANCY: Livelihoods Support Officer (Komku Trust)

Capacity build Komku Trust’s livelihood approach to rural development taking the lead in programme design, reviewing and preparing all technical elements of the livelihoods strategy
Specifically focus on Komku Trust’s CBNRM component including tourism projects and cattle initiatives
Assist field staff in programme implementation through providing technical guidance
Assist in project identification by communities of livelihood initiatives and in the implementation thereof
Ensure that staff is adequately trained to provide for effective facilitation services to communities in terms of livelihoods development
Establish a mentoring relationship with the co-ordinator with regards to managerial duties including support in fundraising and report writing
