CALL FOR PROPOSALS: Poverty and Economic Policy (PEP)

Please find the Poverty and Economic Policy (PEP) Call for Proposals for its 2008 competition at http://www.pep-net.org/NEW-PEP/Group/proposals/PEP_Call_for_Proposals_2008-final.pdf. For this call up to 29 grants for a total value of $CAN 1,800,000 will be awarded.
PEP offers financial support and scientific and technical support to developing country researchers carrying out research on poverty issues. Note that the deadlines for submitting proposals are:
- Modeling and Policy Impact Analysis (MPIA) – Poverty Monitoring, Measurement and Analysis (PMMA) Core Program: January 7 2008
- Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Network Research Grants: January 7 2008
- PEP-Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI) Human Development Capabilities Initiative: January 7 2008
- PEP-AUSAID Policy Impact Evaluation Research Initiative (PIERI): (expression of interest: November 30, 2007, proposals: March 30 2008)
