EMPLOYMENT: Gender and Diversity Program

The CGIAR Gender and Diversity Program (G&D) wishes to recruit a dynamic team to deliver an innovative new project to build up the talent pool of African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD).
Specifically, G&D is looking for:
- a Project Manager: a scientist with expert project management and communication skills, proven leadership ability, and broad knowledge of agricultural research issues in Sub-Saharan Africa;
- a Mentoring & Training Specialist: a scientist with expertise in mentoring and training staff, and good knowledge of Sub-Saharan African agricultural R&D networks; and
- a Science Communications Specialist: a communications professional with strategic and operational skills spanning a range of media.
All three appointees will possess commitment to the professional development of women, knowledge of Sub-Saharan African agricultural science systems, and highly-developed team skills.
