CALL FOR PAPERS: The Economics of Food, Food Choice and Health
The first joint seminar of the European Association of Agricultural Economists (EAAE) and the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (AAEA), "The Economics of Food, Food Choice and Health", will be held on September 15-17, 2010, in Freising, Germany. They invite an international scientific audience in the fields of agricultural and food
economics, behavioural and health economics and marketing.
Topics and exemplary themes for presentations:
- Trends and driving forces of healthy diets
- Individual food choice, diet and health
- Market and Policy: Necessity, impact and evaluation of intervention (also
market/ policy failure)
