The IFPRI hosted an e-mail conference on Gender and Property Rights that explored issues surrounding the impact of various property regimes on the status and welfare of women in different regions of the world. Cosponsored by the CGIAR Gender Program and USAID/G/WID, the conference involved more than 170 people in 27 countries. A synthesis paper has been released as IFPRI FCND Discussion paper:
